Review- Our Glorious Century

A wonderful book mostly on the American century. It is highly informative and not very biased (as I've found most century/millenium books tend to be...). It hits the highlights with historical accuracy, readability, humor, and due respect. Each page has pictures that bring the text and the era to life. Every page or so there is a box that contains some kind of interesting personal story, or tidbit about the culture of the time. That really bring the history to life. The book is broken down chronologically, and it's easliy read if you want to scan, or if you want to read it straight through it.
