Through Scripture there is evidence of diversity in ministry. According to Acts 2:17, sons and daughters are destined to prophesy. Yet there is a paradox between that which Scripture states concerning the role of women in ministry and the position that the modern/postmodern church allows for women. The Body of Christ must abandon the cultural practices of ministry and adopt a scriptural approach. Women are among the voices of Pentecost. They occupy our pews and worship among us. They are called of God. From God's Word to our hearts and minds, the Holy Spirit reveals that which we should identify and celebrate. These are "Our Daughters, Proclaimed to Prophesy."
