Amish

I was expecting explanations for their culture customs but again was disappointed. Some were covered but many were not!! Like why it's ok to have a phone but not in a room in the home but in a completely separate building! Why do some still plow with horses and others with tractors? Why do the women have to wear a bonnet all time? Bible says a woman's hair is her crown. Why is it ok to hire someone to drive them where they want to go but not to own a car? Why do they not allow their children to go to college or get a higher education? Why do they think they should not be judged by the law of the land; but by their elders?? A lot of questions were not answered. Why?
