Inspiring and Insightful

Oswald Chambers was an anointed man of God who had a lot of spiritual depth to share. This volume serves as a handy reference to anyone's library. Such a rich legacy illustrates that a person's suffering is not in vain. In addition to what it does in developing that person's character, it also encourages fellow travelers in our journey with God. Harry Verploegh is to be commended for compiling this collection. It hits its intended target. Gifted communicators are gifts of God who enrich the lives of all of us as we gain glimpses of what've they've learned.

The writings of Oswald Chambers have long made me a dedicated reader and student of the black and white simplicity of his understanding of how God works in our lives.
