I purchased this book back in 1974. I am not an accomplished cook, so I can not speak to authenticity. What I can say is that every recipe I used in this book was good to eat and easy to understand. Their Sweet and Sour Sauce is a stand by for me. I always have it on hand. I make their Meat Balls to go with the sauce and it is excellent.
This book consists of 163 pages of recipes and tips. I have no idea what I paid for it, but it is worth every penny.
