We can jump on an asteroid and fly through galaxies far beyond our own but we can't provide a safe, clean non toxic non BT non GMO yeast for our bakers, this is ethically and morally wrong. No wonder gluten is a problem, toxic yeast is in most everything, toxic animals and beverages, water polluted from fracking for natural gas, oil and other precious things in the earth...
