Orchestra Solos for the Violist

In this work are collected some of the most significant orchestral excerpts for viola soloist. It was made a historic contextualization of each excerpt, a general method of study has been proposed and several soloists of spanish professional orchestras have been consulted in order to study some extracts. All this is intended to show the importance of the compilation of these excerpts in order to simplify the work before an audition, as well as the constant study of the viola soloist in a professional orchestra.
