Solubility is an important factor in drug liberation and drug absorption, which plays a basic role in the oral bioavailability of formulations. The dissolution rate of a drug directly depends upon its solubility. This research was designed to investigate the high purity and absorbable curcumin. Because bioavailability is a major problem of this Phyto polyphenol. Meanwhile, there was a need to present a fundamental solution to solve the problem. Applying an efficient method with optimization main parameters appeared a substantial way to eliminate its problem. In addition, finding a way to become operational in the industry was an important part and also difficult. Solid dispersion method along with the optimization of important factors in the industry was taken in this research. Accordingly, leads to validation which is mandatory in the pharmaceutical industry.
