He has a strong background in Public Health and is a longstanding Fellow of the American College of Preventive Medicine. A native of Washington State, he is a graduate of the University of Washington's School of Medicine and School of Public Health, which have a noteworthy history of leadership and expertise in both chronic pain management and Public Health. He has studied, worked, and taught internationally. Dr. Rotchford is recognized for his compassion and his expertise in the treatment of chronic pain and opioid use disorders. He currently sees patients at his specialty practice in Port Townsend, Washington.
