This really works

A very interesting and informative book. I almost didn't purchase the book due to the more recent low feedback score comments that some have made, but am now very glad I listened to the numerous positive feedbacks and bought the book anyway. The book does exactly what it advertises, it explains and walks you through a very systematic method of determining the lock's combination in a relatively short period of time. And contrary to another comment, I don't believe this could be summed up in a brief webpage. The book takes you through several lock types, thoroughly explains how and why the system works, and diagrams what methods to utilize for less conventional and problematic scenarios. The language is dummied down so anyone can understand it, and I have successfully opened every combination padlock I've tried since reading the book using it's method......several in less then 5 minutes!! There is no James Bond trick to opening a combination padlocks in seconds, perhaps this is where the animosity is stemming from, but I've been able to open them in minutes using the system from the book, which has made me more then satisfied with it. I'd recommend this book to anyone interested in learning how to circumvent a combination padlock.

A short little book for learning about combination padlocks, with a clever system for quickly eliminating possibilities so that you can crack a combination faster. Pretty straightforward, and no hocus-pocus.

very helpful

After reading the first ten Pages, I was able to open my high-school locker padlock - after 30 years.. The book is clearly structured and leads you through the process logically...

As easy as it gets

The manner in which the author describes how to open combination padlocks is as simple as it gets. Just follow the steps and you will almost nearly get there. You still need a fair bit of luck and as always with opening locks in the improper way, patience is the key. If you can understand basic concepts then im sure this book will be an easy read. Great alternative if you're free, nothing planned for the day and the TV shows suk.

it really says what it is! This book has everthing you need to know about combination locks. very useful if you are forgetfull or have a family member who is.
