Openepi: User Manual in Biomedical Research

OpenEpi is a free software package that enables a variety of statistical and epidemiological operations to be carried out without the need for programming skills. Its user-friendly interface enables data to be entered into a table, and results to be presented in a clear manner. Many universities use this software to teach epidemiology and biostatistics. Functionalities include comparison of proportions, percentages and averages, as well as sample size calculation for different types of epidemiological studies.
