Open as HSP with dissociation

Now that I am 62 years old, I am aware of the causes of my negative childhood and their consequences. As a child I was not yet aware of how people can be. As a child I was not yet aware of the existence of mental disorders.Due to the presence of the mental disorders PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), narcissism and codependency in our family, I now have the negative consequences for the rest of my life. In particular narcissism. In psychology, in connection therewith, there is talk of "narcissistic maltreatment" or "narcissistic abuse".My other family members have experienced our family life in a different way. That is understandable. I am the only person in our family who is highly sensitive, as far as I can tell. I am the only person in our family who is open to shortcomings. The question is why it is that they cannot or do not want to see shortcomings in our family. The question is why it is that they cannot or do not want to see shortcomings in themselves. I have been able to draw enough logical conclusions and have found clear answers to my questions.I can only speak about my "negative" youth, because negative experiences dominated the positive experiences. Is my personal experience.My therapy is opening my eyes more and more. My childhood has been one big learning school. A learning school for awareness. It has made me mentally richer. I now have much more clarity about my youth and about people. As HSP, I have been an easy target for mutual (un)conscious influence and mutual (un)conscious manipulation. As HSS, I will continue to try and experience. I am open to new discoveries in every respect.
