A romance through and through!!!I really enjoyed this novel and was surprised that it was Christina's first attempt. When is the next one?I am from Ireland myself and so found it easy to get into the thick West Cork lingo that Christina uses. I wonder though, could this perhaps be a hinderence to those who are not from the Emerald Isle or know very little about it?I laughed, almost cried, but most of all was entranced. I just couldn't put the book down. The characters are fantastic and what an awsome ending to a heart rendering story. Christina, get writing girl !!!! We want more. 'OK,so.'
A story that touches the heart

Unfortunately I have to start my review with a stereotype phrase; I just loved it! Why? Simply because, reading it, I was in Ireland, even if I have never been there, at a different time of ours. I really became a part of the story as if I was there watching it and following its developments. It is my modest opinion that the simplicity of Pisco's writing travels you lightly to the core of the facts she reels off on the paper giving life to it.Although I prefer not to reveal the end, I must say that it has really left me a lot to think and wondering what If?Congatulations Christina Pisco! Your big step to go and live in Ireland, especially to write this book as trully as possible, really paid off. You see, when a few lines on a white paper make you sometimes cry, then it is worth it.
