Nothing ever really changes. Not human nature, not human ingenuity, not human politics. Human history is a series of slight variations on the same themes. An ambitious man, to say the least, Malcolm took office through lies, forgeries, and all of the means he would decry as the biggest problems in society. But he did it with a far more sweeping goal in mind than a comfortable chair in the White House: Malcolm Cobul seeks to take over the world. His plan is an intricate one, and one he and a few others concocted decades before. And now, with all of his pieces in place, and all of the tools he needs at his disposal, Malcolm is ready to put that plan into action. But his childhood friend and accomplice, Gabriel Vargas, has had a change of heart. And since Gabriel was always the schemer of the group, Malcolm, along with new and old allies, will have his work cut out for him to prevent the plan from falling apart, and to stay out of a very dark prison cell.
