One Thought at a Time

We live in a confused and uncertain world, characterized by loose connections amidst the absolute inconsistency of values. This book aims to assist the reader through a path of reflections, developing both speculative and emotional aspects. The first part presents the ironic aspect of happiness, experienced by human beings in a paradoxical way, questioning the famous pillars of the now saturated Mindfulness. Subsequently, reference is made to a recent study by psychiatrist Baiocchi on the relationship between Emotions and ethology, leading to the creation of a specific Emotions map. This first part concludes with the hope of salvation for human beings through desire in the face of the catastrophe of chaos, the origin of a dissolved society and a person forced into a perpetual state of subhumanity in a vacuum. The second part moves on to the proposal of some advice, such as the eight verbs for living happily and the 15 practices to help approach life in a better and more satisfying way. The third part is the heart of the book: the Path, where the meaning of the work lies, a reconnection between action and the words that form the itinerary of 126 days and six intermediate stages every 21 days. The Path does not aim to "capture" the reader in a cyclical vice of transformative search, but to provide them with a tool for reflection that propels them beyond mere reading. The final part presents a philosophical insight through the concept of Moveor, ergo sum, which seeks to establish continuity - taking into account the development of time and society - with the historical Cartesian Cogito, ergo sum, which establishes the certainty of existence through the thinking self as substance, as primary reality. With Moveor, an attempt is made to redefine the consistency of existence, and therefore of being for oneself and for the world, not only in a view of man as a thinking being, but of man as an emotional being who thinks.
