One-Pan Wonders for the win

As I get older I tend to dislike overly processed ingredients like cream of chicken soup, and I feel like a lot of one pan recipes call for them. These recipes opt for, overall, fresh ingredients, and usually, not too many of them. If I'm making a one pan recipe, it's because I want to keep it simple, so fewer ingredients is always a plus. Also, most recipes call for really basic ingredients. Not all the recipes, but most. Some recipes would require you to use another pan of some sort to finish the meal, but I would still consider this cookbook a win
