Incredible Story

Fascinating story about an incredible journey. From Kalisz, Poland, to Lago Vista, Texas, by way of the most treacherous route you would never want to take. Surviving Luftwaffe strafings, Nazi prison camp, Siberian Labor Camp, hunger, disease, human degradation, and Yenisey River barges. Through wit, intelligence and a lot of luck. A great book to read, I enjoyed every bit of it.
