One Man To Beat

This is a great book for kids. The moral of the story is subtly delivered, but the point is clearly driven home. If you are looking for a book that will keep your child hooked, and will communicate good values in the process, this book is for you!The hockey scenes are so well described that the reader "feels" the checks and the stick handling. Kids who are hockey lovers will really be gripped by this book. Beyond the hockey, there is an element of mystery and romance, too! Even non-hockey lovers will be able to relate to the main character. The whole plot is delivered within the context of helping kids to act out the values they have learned at home. Parents will love it, too.Good read.
