good look in to a life of someone with invisible sickness

This was a graphic memoir novel. And this was interesting because it talks about invisible sickness and how the author deals with her illness while growing up and going to school. I definitely love that this was her perspective as a teenager. Because I definitely felt invincible when I was a teen even though I wasn't the picture of health. It was just an amazing look into what it was like. The physical pain and mental pain was definitely depicted. And it just shares how support, caring medical professionals, and belief in oneself can get you so far. This was one eye-opening graphic novel. * I received an ARC of this book
