A BOOK YOU MUST READ BEFORE YOU DIE .....

I am a christian ....well that is what I believed untill i read this book. If it is the only book in your life you going to read well this is it ..... I can not put it into words each one will have to take the journey on there own ,that is how we where born into this life and that is how we going to leave it......on our own . But when we crossover.....JESUS WILL BE THERE WITH US EVERY STEP OF THE WAY...and our real LIFE will start . Update: I recommend that you check out the ROCK printing of this book. See my review there for details. Those that may be intimidated by this book's nearly 400 pages should not be. It is a very enjoyable book to read. The author has really written three books that could all be read individually or as a unit. The author even provides guidance for readers to determine where in the book they should start. The last 33 pages are end notes which provide information on sources for further study. While the intended audience for this book is Muslims and Christians, it can be used for other religious groups as well. The concepts and challenges that this book addresses are really universal to any people group that wants to understand the message of the Bible. This book is more than a survey of the Bible and theology. It also provides a great deal of apologetic material as well. The author is not trying to respond to the "ivory tower scholars", but the "man on the street" who is asking genuine questions. The author has written this book to appeal to Westerners and non-Westerners alike. He does this in a number of ways. In particular, he relies on a lot of tribal and arabic proverbs that reveal nuggets of truth that can be understood by people of any culture. I wish that this book had been around when I started my ministry to Muslims a couple of years ago. It would have saved me a lot of time and work. Even after Bible College and a couple of years experience, I still found that I had much to learn from this book. I recommend this book for those that want to learn more about the Bible's message or who want to learn how to teach the Bible. I also recommend this to those that need an apologetic resource to meet the challenges presented to them by various religious and cultic groups.

A Fantastic Book For Both Muslims And Christians Alike

The book is an absolutely beautiful explanation of the Christian World-View and Message as it was passed on to us via Jesus and all of the biblical prophets that came before him. Drawing on the authors many years and multiplied thousands of conversations with Muslim friends from all over the world, this book explains why Christianity makes far more sense than anything else that this world has to offer. The book is written in an extremely engaging fashion that draws the reader in and carries you along. Even if you disagree with the conclusions of the author, you will absolutely appreciate his very honest and generous spirit. If you are an open-minded or searching Muslim and wish to learn more about what Christians really believe or if you are a Christian who wishes to better understand your own belief system in the context of an increasingly Muslim world, then this book is the first book that I would read. I have purchased two and plan on buying more to give to my Muslim friends. This book receives my highest recommendation. Five stars hands down.
