A moving story about an elderly woman who is in the later stages of Cancer and Dementia.Isabella Cunningham awakens to find herself in an unfamiliar setting, surrounded by unfamiliar people caring for her, and with little knowledge of how she has ended up in this dire predicament. Isabella's only solace is in her love for Classical music, her urge to be reunited with her loved ones - particularly her husband - and to also discover what ailments now forge their hold upon her. Gradually, Isabella learns of what is inflicting her, why her family appear so distant, and some of the meanings behind life's shrouded mysteries during this one day of lucidity.The author has intended for this book to highlight the provision and experiences regarding Cancer, Dementia and Palliative Care, in the aim of breaking down the wrongful stigma still associated with them.About the Author: Andrew was born in County Durham, England, and still resides there with his wife and their young daughters. Andrew has worked in a private Care Home setting as a Care Assistant, and then as a Senior Care Assistant, for almost a decade. During this time, he has assisted in meeting the needs of residents who are sadly reaching, and have reached, the end of their lives. He has used his obtained experiences to write this novel and continues to be an advocate for mental health awareness
