Once Upon a Time in the South

Growing up in a small town encapsulates the mind to understanding life to be as small as the town. An individual can't possess an understanding of anything more their surroundings or the forces that control them. Aaron has lived his life in such a town in the south. Bouncing around the landscape in search for something he can't see. He spends his days smoking weed with his stripper friend, Roxie. One day while smoking in the woods, he is confronted by two odd individuals, Billy and Philip. They had just committed a robbery on the local drug dealer known as Crazy Legs. While choosing a fate for Aaron, Billy decides Aaron can help him sell the cocaine. While figuring out Billy's angle and story Aaron pieces together the narrative and forces governing their lives and is forced to reason with the understanding that he is a pawn in a rich man's game. Aaron is then forced to make sacrifices to support the lives of those he loves. This is a story about love, lust, greed, addiction, religion and spirituality inside a small town in Southeast United States.
