On This Date May 21: A Unique Glimpse at What Else Happened on YOUR Day!

By Curtis Vanaudestrade

In many cultures, people celebrate their birthdays with not only joy (they've survived another year ) but with a certain reverence for that one day of the year that is theirs alone. It is only natural to be interested in what else happened...who shares the same birthday, what major world events occurred on that specific day throughout history? The On This Date series of booklets captures an eclectic selection of events of two millennia for each day of the year. The subjects cover the gamut - births, deaths, wars, elections, sports, the arts and entertainment, and a healthy smattering of what can only be described as interesting trivia. The perfect birthday gift for anyone, or collect them all for a very unique trivia collection.
