On the mound with Randy Johnson by Matt Christopher is great. I think it's great because it has a lot of action. I also like it because it's about sports. It's about Randy Johnson. Randy Johnson is a pitcher in the majors. I liked it and I think if you read it you will too. The book is easy to read. Because there are not a lot of hard words. In the middle it has black and white photos. But the photos are easy to imagine in color. The photos are of Randy Johnson playing baseball. Each photo has a caption under it. I think Matt Chirstopher wrote this book because he wanted to show people that even though Randy Johnson played for a not very good team, he still played well. I think that after reading this book you don't have to be on a good team to play well. If you read this book and like it, there're other Matt Christopher biographies.
