On Heavens Hill is a great book for anyone who cares about our future.

Set in Alaska it pays tribute to wilderness and veterans and the true meaning of coming together. Kim Heacox describes the wildness of Alaska like no other can. His first novel Jimmy Bluefeather is equally mesmerizing.
