The monograph discusses issues related to the problem of migration of grain boundaries in single-phase and two-phase structures. Particular attention is paid to the kinetics and laws of growth of isomeric and lamellar grains, including the features of the movement of their boundaries in the presence of stationary and mobile particles of excess phases.
