Denise has worked with the aging population for over a decade as Caregiver, Hospital Chaplain, and Hospice Chaplain. She has served thousands of patients and their family members during this time. Her calling to the ministry of caring for the body, soul, and spirit of the sick and dying is a calling which she enjoys immensely. Denise has written and published the book, To The Hurting: God Massages Our Hearts on the Hour, along with two anthologies of poetry; 9-11-01 God's Unseen Miracles: Healing Through Poetry, and A Mother's Love. Denise is a Doctoral Candidate at John W. Rawlings School of Divinity, where she pursues a Doctorate in Ministry. Denise is a graduate of Liberty Baptist Theology Seminary, where she earned a Master of Arts in Religion (MAR), majoring in Pastoral Counseling. A graduate of Long Island University, where she earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA). A graduate of Iona College, where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), majoring in Finance. Among many things, Denise enjoys reading, writing, cooking, gardening, and traveling. In this new season of her life, Denise has now dedicated more of her time to writing spiritual, motivational, and inspirational books, pastoring and spending quality time with family and friends.
