Ollo and the Path that Wouldn't Stay: A Cozy Woodland Mouse Adventure Book About Changing Plans

By Yolanda B Allen

Ollo and the Path that Wouldn't Stay is a cozy woodland picture book about how the best laid plans don't always go according to plan.

Ollo likes things exactly where he left them.

His pencil belongs in the pencil cup, his satchel belongs on its hook, his map belongs on his desk, and the path through the woods belongs exactly where it was yesterday.

But one day, the path has other ideas. It curls, loops, wiggles, and wanders off in a way Ollo didn't plan at all.

Ollo is sure there must be a way to make the path behave. After all, he drew his map very carefully. Twice.

So with his map, his pencil, and a snack packed in his satchel, Ollo sets out to put things right. Along the way, he learns that a changed plan isn't a ruined plan. Sometimes, it's the beginning of an adventure.

Perfect for children who enjoy animal adventures, mouse stories, magical paths, maps, and forest adventures.

Ollo and the Path that Wouldn't Stay is a whimsical storybook filled with charm, gentle humor, and a heartwarming message about flexibility, resilience, curiosity, and embracing change, perfect for bedtime and read-aloud story time.
