Ian Jones is a researcher dedicated to Jewish studies, with an emphasis on ancient Hebrew manuscripts. From an early age, he focused on the Jewish origins of Christianity, the roots of messianism in both traditions and, more recently, on Kabbalah -- an ancient wisdom preserved for centuries by small circles of sages in Israel. Kabbalah is often seen as a kind of "theological TNT" by conventional religions, as it proposes a less dogmatic approach and more focused on what, in Hebrew, is called the expansion of the Kli -- the increase in consciousness and perception of reality. Within this tradition, the human being is understood as a multidimensional being, structured by the Tree of Life: a system of 10 spheres and 22 channels. The sphere that represents the intellect is called Binah, linked to mental organization and logical understanding. According to the classical Kabbalistic tradition, Binah houses "doors of intelligence" -- internal accesses to different forms of understanding. It is in this spirit that this work is developed: through 44 texts, the author travels the 22 channels of the Tree of Life in a back and forth movement, mirroring the blood flow in the human body. The aim of this work is not only to explore mysticism, but to offer practical and applicable answers to everyday questions. My intention is to demonstrate that we are not in a labyrinth with no way out, but that we are, in fact, responsible for the transformation of our world.
