Those interested in quilt history in other countries will love this book.

I have owned this book for years and go back to it again and again. The quilts are good and the stories (with old photos of each quilt maker) are touching. It covers 19th and early 20th century and it is especially interesting to compare to American quilting in the same period. If you have any interest in quilt history ( and especially if you are of scandinavian descent) I highly recommend this book.
