A seafaring cat's adventure

Olaf is an orange cat loved by a young girl. He loves to go on holiday with his family as they sail on a large lake. One night a storm comes up and washes him overboard, and the book tells of his and his family's adventures as he is lost and then found. My favorite part is toward the end when Olaf befriends Hamlet, a black cat that was left on the island by its family, and their subsequent adventure together.
