Beautiful little book...

As the previous reviewer indicated, there are not a ton of recipes in this book. Rather, this is a book about Oils and Vinegars, much like a book about understanding fine wines. If you are someone like me, who enjoys reading cookbooks and books about fine food, this is a beautiful little book.
