One day Maria had an idea that wouldn't leave her head and she told what she was thinking to her M.I. friend. Maria also speaks candidly about her experience with MST (Military Sexual Trauma) and PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) and shares how she was able to become grounded.
