This Really Does Change Everything

Melody does a great job of explaining why we do some of the silly things we do in our relationships. I've read both of Melodies books on this topic and they are both amazing as is her understanding of why we keep repeating the same patterns over and over and keep making the same mistakes. Melody teaches us how to learn to trust our partner and to open our relationships to new, better heights.

An exciting and worthwhile read

While most books of this nature try and bring you down, Melody Brook's "Oh Wow, this changes everything" really does bring a new and interesting view in her well written and fascinating book. By bringing in real world examples, the pages really do fly by. It was amazing how many concepts she covers and is able to explain. While I was weary before starting (as if this was going to turn in to one of those Dr. Phil episodes where everyone gets hurt), by page 10 I was hooked. Sure we've been told a million times to think of others, but this book actually plots a specific way how. And the best part: even if your not an expert in the field, Brooks breaks the concepts down so that you can understand them: concepts that are still important and not childish in nature. I gave the book a chance this past weekend and walked blown away: I can't wait to see what she comes up with next.
