A quirky coming-of-age, loosely based true story The lead character is Quentin James. He is 18 years old and fed up with his chosen career path. The tale begins with a build up of Quentin's frustrations and only through exploration will he mature as he attempts to discover who he is. He becomes 'Part of the Seven'- a group of young international travellers who meet on a kibbutz in Israel. After being chucked off they bond together- yet through friction, love, hate and food poisoning, are split apart. The scenario moves to Egypt where the remaining friends meet new characters including more Danish volunteers, an Australian couple and a talking cat.
