Six Pages Torn In Half And Missing

I'd rather have something highlighted and underlined, rather than a good portion of the text missing. We bought this under the "Very Good Condition." I think it would've been great under the ''acceptable" but this is not right. They also will not let me return it. I am very disappointed.
