Richard Perry gets it right!

Of The Last Days: Listen I tell You A Mystery... and the mystery is solved. This study solves the mystery of the last days and reveals the prophetic truths of the Bible to present a clear view of the end times. The book is a detailed study in to prophesy of the Old and New Testaments which when combined provide a clear and imminent truth of the coming, Parousia in Greek, of the Lord and our gathering to him. The accuracy with which the study progresses using scripture to interpret scripture is uncommon among present day teachers and is a credit to the author. The study leaves no room for confusion and unlike other teachers whose teachings leave the reader with more questions than answers; this study left me with only answers and no questions. Forget everything you THOUGHT you knew about the end times... this study will clear up the misconceptions surrounding the coming, Parousia, of the Lord and show a clear path to the Lord's return. Perry uses the Bible as his first and final authority in this well researched and well presented study. Pastors and laymen alike will benefit from Perry's work as it frees them from the fog of the prevailing "Left Behind" mentality. If you want to know what the Bible says about the last days, this is the book for you.

Excellent Post-Trib Book for Prophecy Buffs

This book assumes that the reader is already familiar with the field of prophecy and has a basic knowledge of the areas commonly discussed regarding the various rapture positions (post-trib, pre-trib, etc.). Persons new to prophecy might find that the book assumes too much. Such persons would do better to read the author's other book first, "The Complete Idiot's Guide to The Last Days." I personally enjoyed this book tremendously. I felt the author gave an excellent presentation of the post-trib rapture view. If a person of any pursuasion reads this book with an open mind, it is highly likely that they will be convinced of the post-trib position by the conclusion of this book. I was already of the post-trib pursuasion when I read it, and the book provided me with a lot of information that strengthened that view. I believe that many people are pre-trib because that is the only view they have been taught. Their only exposure to the post-trib position has been through pre-trib believers who only want to point out what they think is wrong with the post-trib view. This book shows why the post-trib view is consistent with all of Scripture, and why it is also consistent with the beliefs of the first century church. Most pre-trib believers have rejected a misrepresentation of the post-trib view. In this book, they can get a true presentation of the view with all of its supporting Scripture. I believe that the pre-trib rapture concept is a Satanic delusion. I believe that Satan will do what he can to keep people from reading books like this one, as he wants Christians to be unprepared when the antichrist comes on the scene and persecutes believers. Those who read this book will not be deluded and will be ready when the time comes.

It's No Mystery

A very good read based on the actual texts of the bible. In my opinion Mr Perry does an excellent job of summarising the events leading up to and including the DAY OF THE LORD. Reading this book will forewarn the reader with knowledge of what to expect should the End of Days occur in this generation. While his depth of knowledge on scripture comes out in his book , He's humble enough to reminds us not to take his word for what is to come but to check the facts for ourselves. This is a book well worth a read.

A must read!

This book is an excellent presentation of the timing of the rapture, as is written in the Bible rather than what we might like it to be. Mr. Perry's approach is logical, easy to understand, and expounds the consistent message of scripture concerning the rapture from each book of the bible containing this message. This book is timely as it addresses the very dangerous heresies circulating throughout the Church these days. Read this book! You will be glad you did!
