THE ARTIST. Flame Tree Studio created this beautiful image as part of the cover artwork for the Romantic Fantasy anthology Of Love & Dragons. The dragon detail on the front was painted by Xinyue Chen. Xinyue Chen is an illustrator and book artist based in New York, mostly working in traditional media. Since receiving their BFA from the Central Academy of Fine Arts in Beijing and their MFA from the School of Visual Arts in New York, they have provided editorial illustrations, book illustrations and designs for many renowned clients, including the NY Times, Scientific American, Bloomberg and many more.
