Of Living, Thinking and Being is the literary culmination of my journey of self-discovery thus far.

After several years of working with my psychologist to help resolve some of my personal issues, I developed an interest in philosophy and how our thoughts impact our lives.

Being something of a lay person in this field, I dove into the rabbit hole of podcasts and eventually built up the courage to take on actual source material, but even after reading popular entry-level texts, I still found that it could be challenging work to unravel all the lessons.

I created this book, featuring the beautiful artwork of Aidan Roberts, to deliver some of my favourite ideas that I have encountered, in a familiar format so they could be enjoyed, and reflected upon with ease.

It is my hope that this short book, comprising twenty illustrated verses, will serve as a springboard for you into your own journey of self.
