Disturbing how many stars this books has on Amazon/Audible

Banter is fine. Setting is interesting. However, I cannot stand the MMC Logan. instead of being honest and talking to MFC, he lies, cheats, steals and takes all autonomy away from her by putting spy equipment in her home for years, adopts a dog then pretends its a stray to manipulate her, does a proxy marriage without her knowledge and so much more. He doesn't respect boundaries or common decency. Honestly, I feel safer with the story's villain, an unknown stalker which I am pretty sure is Logan's ex who is suppose to be dead but inserted herself at tattoo expo. Most of the time, I gritted my teeth to try to complete this book. I am surprised I made it to chapter 42. I cannot finish this book. This book will be returned.
