In this volume of the Cooper's Adventures series, a young cat named Cooper leaves his little sister Miu behind and goes to the Nara Hill Ice Cream Festival to help his friend Patty the Cow sell ice cream. While Miu is reading her favorite dinosaur book, Dillo the Armadillo knocks at the door. The two of them decide to set off to meet Cooper and help him at the festival. The story and the illustrations are by Tomoko Hetherington.
