One starry September night, a four-year-old boy sneaked outside and wandered to the fire hydrant at the end of the street. Blobs of strange jelly fell from the sky after a loud boom and delighted by the surprise, the little boy ate some. Two years pass by and the little boy hasn't aged a day. His worried parents take him in to be evaluated and find that he's contracted an unknown virus. A virus which has the potential to dramatically improve the world. Detained, quarantined, and shipped-off to a children's hospital in Texas, the little boy is held victim to extensive testing, scheduled comas, and worst of all, an empty white room. The little boy, wanting nothing more than to go home again, sets out on a journey to get there through the vibrant world of his dreams.
