Initially started as Saleem Clarke's journal at the age of thirteen, this manuscript reflects the author's method of coping with frustrations, questions, and emotions he felt at the time. For Saleem poetry is the canvas upon which he can create portraits: grotesque, impressionistic, and avant-garde - but always vivid.
