This Book is an explanation of the Havamal, it is the oldest known book (chapter) of The Eddas. The Word Havamal literally means "Words of the High One", or "The Words of Odin" and is the basis of Odinism, and the practices of most Odinists. The tenants of this book are spiritual, and hold no political bias or belief within them. All 164 stanzas, of all eight sections are from the Bray's Translation, the first 5 sections also have been explained by me below the original stanza in a more modern and relatable context. The Last chapters are basically Odin's advice for young men to have before stepping out into the world. In that aspect they are much like the rest of Havamal.
