Invaluable reference book for homeschoolers

We used this book from front to back for 6th grade homeschooling science, the oceans, biology, ecosystem etc. and I'm sure we will continue using it until graduation. Easy to understand language, illustrations, and graphs make this book a must for every homeschooling family teaching middle school and up.

An Ocean of Earthly Information

OCEANS is a compilation of information about our world from its earliest days, with many unique illustrations and tables. From the beginning of earth's creation, its migration and change through plate tectonics, its complex living ecosystems and the choices we must make for the future of our planet, this is a textbook but a breezy and provocative read as well. I recommend it for school libraries but also for anyone who wants to know more about our real world. It's the best buy in science books, a bargain at twice the price for its quality of paper stock, illustrations and binding.
