A practice to attain the peace that is your inheritance. The second book in the Becoming Master series by Majana Sa highlights a spiritual practice to help assist in becoming aware of thoughts of suffering and exchanging them for the Presence of the Master Self, the Guide to God that lives within each individual in this seeming world of individual form. The Master Self is known as the Holy Spirit, Inner Guide, or Higher Self, and is here to bring all Beings back into the peaceful unity with God from which they actually have never left. The ego may seem to be strong as you transition from individual awareness lost in thought, into thoughtless formless existence within God, so this practice of focusing on the crown chakra has been given by her Guru, Sachi Sa, in order to assist in transcending the cause of suffering: thoughts. Focusing on the top of the head as much as possible throughout the day, and also asking yes or no questions while focusing at the top of the head and seeing to observe the head nod yes or no to any specific yes or no questions relating to specific action in the moment, will allow you to remain connected to the guidance of the Master Self, and away from the thoughts that bring suffering. Gradually, with dedication and effort, on your behalf, you are able to let go of thoughts, and float gently into the peaceful Presence of the Master Self, the benevolent Higher Being within Your Own Presence, as It prepares you for the Reality of God. Majana uses this practice herself to aid in her awakening to the peaceful existence of God that is at the core of all Beings. She used this crown chakra yes and no practice to write this book and also to make the art featured in it. In each moment, she would ask only yes and no questions, "Should I do this, should I write this?" Her head would nod yes or no, and she would continue moment to moment along the path, applying to the guidance of the head nodding technique, given by the Master Self, the Guide to God, Who is here to guide everyone back to God.
