After two years of hard work, Obstacles has finally been completed on Mother's Day 2014 at 6:30 a.m. These are the stories of an abused little girl who grew up through harsh abuse from her own parents. This little girl was chucked out of a fourth floor apartment window by her own dad, landing five floors below onto a soiled mattress in the backyard of New York City because her father wanted a son not a girl, just like a bag of garbage, but she remembers lying on that mattress, admiring the pretty blue skies at only three weeks old. This little girl's story of being locked in a bedroom with her siblings with a padlock on the bedroom door while the mother's boyfriends were allowed to hold the keys is a story that only the author can tell. There are no chapters in this book because life does not come in chapters. The author tells a moving story of abuse, bullying, rape over that will have the reader's both laughing and crying at the same time. From being tossed up in the air by another of mom's boyfriend three times and the third time the guy missed, sending this author flying against a back wall and sliding down to the floor behind a sofa at four years old, this author has gone through more suffering than anybody.
