The ready to eat meal "BIRYANI" is well exported and have great nutritional value. Proximate Analysis is a partitioning of compounds in a feed into six nutritional contents based on the chemical properties of the compounds. Amount of dose was settled for the analysis to get the accurate results for the safety and preservation of the ready-to-meal.Ready to eat food (Biryani) was irradiated with gamma radiations to increase the shelf life and to check its nutritional value. The purpose of the present study was to sterilize the ready to eat food by using the gamma radiations.
