Nutrition and recreational sports

This study answers the research question of how the diets of children with and without regular recreational sports activities in the 4th grade of primary school differ and what differences exist between urban and rural areas. The aim is to find out whether there is a connection between the dietary and exercise habits of the pupils surveyed. The children's background also plays a key role here. There is a striking correlation between low social class, low level of education, poor nutrition and lack of exercise.
