Quick Reference Book

I bought this book to have something I could carry to work. It's succinct and easy to use. I carry it in my purse when I'm working and I can usually find what I'm looking for if it's psychiatric and mental health. The appendix includes tools for mental status assessments, assigning nursing dx to client behaviors and Gaf scores. If you're looking for a quick, handy resource this book will fit the bill.

Great Condensed Option

This is for our psych rotation I have actually used it yet but plan to. Other students I know say it is a great book. It got here on time too.

Great resource for development of clinical objectives, when writing treatment plans, or any documenting in the clinical field. My favorite assessment tool.

A Must HAVE!
